I'm so sorry that USPS damaged your stuff so badly! As explained in our reply to your email we recently moved to a different email platform and it's not going as smoothly as we'd hoped, so apologies for the delay in our response! Your free replacement was shipped immediately at no additional cost to you, along with a prepaid return shipping lable to return the item that USPS damaged. FYI we keep all correspondeces in writing (not phone) so that both we and the customer can easily refer back to a written historical record if needed. Cheers! ❤
