PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING ANY AND ALL PURCHASES!
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue exchanges (sorry, no returns) to first-time customers.
(Therefore, as stated in our FAQ page, we strongly recommend Light and XS/Short Lashes for first-time buyers and personal [non-professional] users.)
Please understand that our site is for Pro Make-Up Artists, Estheticians or Retailers who have a retail account with us, and know what products to use and sell.
Exchange will be issued for unopened and unused Regular lashes (all styles of Human Hair and Individual Lashes) only.
Please note, costume/fashion lashes (Wild, Carnival, Decorated, Feather, Glow in the Dark, Mystic/Black Velvet) and Glue/Remover are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
For Exchange (existing customers only):
1. Please e-mail us (cs@ElegantLashes.com) within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Refund requests made after 7 days are eligible for store credit only.
2. Take a photo* of the unwanted items and and explain the reason for exchange to receive an Exchange Form with RAN (Return Authorization Number). To assist you better, we ask that you please indicate your order #.
3. Fill out the Exchange Form** with Check or Money Order in the amount of $5.99 (reshipping fee), made out to "Elegant Lashes" and return with merchandise (up to 20 pairs only).
4. Please use the original box if possible and send back the items exactly as you received them to the address indicated on RAN form. All exchange items must be in their original unopened and unused condition to quality for exchange. Any signs of use or damage will result in respective deduction from exchange quantitiy.
5. Your exchange will be issued within 7-10 business days upon our receiving your return item(s).
*Photos will be required for proof of validity of claim.
**For security reasons unauthorized returns with no RAN are promptly discarded and therefore cannot and will not be refunded or processed.
Please note: buyer pays return shipping. Once return package is received, all lashes will be inspected thoroughly by Return Department. Should Return Policy or RAN instructions be violated in any way, (i.e., customers send back used/opened/damaged lashes), exchange amount will be deducted accordingly. Please remember, exchange is issued only once per order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
