Our Response to COVID-19

We are still processing and shipping orders for those who need lashes for their work, or just to hone their skills at home during their time of self-quarantine. To keep our customers and team healthy & safe, we are wearing masks and gloves when handling all orders, and surfaces are disinfected twice a day to ensure that your lashes are shipped with love and nothing else.

HOW COVID-19 AFFECTS SHIPPING:

Due to the shortage of workers, transportation vehicles, and ever-changing shipping restrictions, USPS is taking longer than normal to deliver packages and can no longer guarantee exact delivery dates. As tracking has become unreliable, package theft has also increased  - up to 155% percent! 

We STRONGLY advise that ALL customers purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout to protect their packages from loss, theft, and damage during this time. 

We kindly ask for your patience as our essential postal workers do their best to deliver your packages as safely as possible.
