    Not what they used to be

    My wife has been buying eye lashes from you for more than 20 years. About 3 years ago every eye lash that she put on would fall after only an hour. When she first puts them on, they look perfect. After about an hour, they drop. Recently she bought several different sets trying to find a pair that would work. The only ones that stay up are very thick lashes, why is that?
