Elegant Lashes Returns Process _ Store Credit Exchange for Gift Card

 

Please contact us within 14 days of order delivery for any exchange requests. Limit one exchange per order.

Exchanges are issued for new, unused, unopened Human Hair, Faux Mink, and Individual Lashes only. Costume Couture lashes, Lash Collections, and Glue/Remover are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.


(For first-time customers and non-professionals, we strongly recommend XS or Short Lashes (“normal” lash length) for maximum satisfaction. Please understand that our site is for Pro Make-Up Artists, Estheticians, and Retailers who have a retail account with us, and know what products to use and sell.)



 

Quick & Easy Exchanges:

  1. Email cs@ElegantLashes.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 14 days of order delivery. Include your Order # and photo of received items.
  2. Return your items in their original, unopened, unused condition with your completed RMA form. Don't forget to write your RMA# on the outside of your box!*
  3. Place your exchange order using your Store Credit (issued once we receive your return package). 
  
    • New, unopened items: an e-Gift Card for the item amount will be issued immediately upon receipt of return package. 
    • Opened, used, or damaged items: an e-Gift Card for the item amount will be issued immediately upon receipt of return package less damage fees. 

      Customer pays return shipping. Please take the time to carefully package your returns in a sturdy shipping box - NOT bubble envelope! - to prevent damage during transit. If possible, use the original shipping box your item(s) arrived in. 

      We are not responsible for damage during shipment of returned items. Please note, due to the nature of our products, all returned merchandise is carefully inspected for signs of damage or use. Any sign of use or damage will result in a deduction from your refund.

        *For security purposes, unauthorized returns without an RMA number written on the outside of the box will promptly be rejected at the post office. Please DO NOT send back items without contacting us first. Unauthorized return packages cannot and will not be processed.
