• USA: Shipping is always FREE for U.S. orders $75 and over! For orders less than $75, we offer a simple & easy flat fare of $5.99*. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• International: Place your items in your shopping cart and our cost calculator will display your cost and transit time for each shipping option!

* Flat-fare shipping rate is based on the weight of eyelash products. Therefore, because of excessive weight, adhesive/remover purchases with either fewer or no eyelash purchases will be billed freight charge. Absolutely NO FREE SHIPPING ALLOWED for adhesive/remover-only purchases.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

How long does shipping take?

All orders placed by 12 PM (noon) Pacific Time M-F are processed and shipped same day! Orders placed after 12 PM noon or on weekends and federal holidays will process and ship the next business day. For transit times, please refer to the chart below, and remember to factor in extra time during the holidays.

** Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please remember to allow extra time for delivery during holidays. 

*** For your security your billing name and address MUST match that of the credit card used for payment. New customers with unconfirmed PayPal addresses or differing billing, shipping, IP, and/or credit card addresses may be asked for ID verification. For faster processing and to avoid the ID verification process, always use a PayPal verified account and use the same shipping and billing address for your first order.***

Where's my stuff?!??!!

You can check your order status anytime by clicking the tracking number included in your Shipping Confirmation email!    

Q: My package is marked "delivered" according to the tracking number you gave me, but I still don't have it. What happened? 
A: USPS is now allowed to scan packages as "delivered" up to 10 days before actual delivery. We know, it sucks. About 90% of the time when the tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, it is delivered within 24-48 hours. If your package is not delivered within 5 business days, call your local post office with your tracking number - you may have to provide a photo ID and physically pick up your parcel from your local mail carrier.

Please understand once your merchandise leaves our warehouse we are NOT responsible/liable for any loss/theft/delay/etc. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate/adequate billing & shipping information, track orders, and pick up packages in a timely manner. If your package is returned to us for incorrect/unknown/undeliverable address or any other reason, your order will be re-shipped upon receipt of re-shipping fee and correct/complete address. If you have any problems (e.g., delay, damage, or loss of merchandise), please state your claim immediately to the carrier (USPS/UPS) with your tracking number provided in your Order Shipped email.

International Shipping & Customs:

International First Class packages may not exceed 4 lbs in weight or $400 in value. If your order value exceeds $400 you may be billed the difference via PayPal for the USPS Priority Mail International rate. Unfortunately, we cannot declare your package as a gift or with a lower value because lying on customs forms is illegal.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to taxes, duties, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. (Customs law requires these fees to be paid by the importer, in the destination country, and in local currency). Elegant Lashes, Inc., is not responsible for any delivery delays or fee charges resulting from the import of products into non-U.S. countries. We also cannot pick up your packages for you, so please pick up your delivered package in a timely manner to avoid having it sent back to us as failure to pickup.
